Overview:

The ore concentrate is generally composed of concentrated tank, stands, gearings, lifting device, feeding devices, discharge devices, signal safety devices and other components.Ore concentrate is not simply depositing equipment, but a new type of sludge dewatering equipment with mud layer filtering characteristics. The main features of ore concentrate work is to add a certain amount of flocculant in the pulp to be concentrated to get flocculation from particles in slurry, speed up the pace of settlement, thus achieve the purpose of improving the concentrated efficiency.

The commonly used ore concentrate is high efficiency concentrator, also known as thehigh efficiency thickner.

Characteristics:

Adding with flocculant to increase size of settled solid particles, so as to speed up the settlement; installed with tilt plates to reduce distance of settling particles, so as to increase settlement area; playing the role of filtrating, compression, and improved effectiveness of capacity of mud deposited thick layers-flocculation; equipped with full automatic control facilities.

Application:

The ore concentrate is suitable for dehydration processing for factory's concentrated ore and tailings, and widely used for processing sludge, waste water, solid waste, etc. in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, building material, environmental protection and other sectors, which has great importance of improving the backwater utilization, transportation concentration, as well as protecting the environment.

Ore concentrate is composed of round thickening tank and scraper two major parts. High efficiency concentrator is typically used to process tailings, also be used for sewage treatment. Sometimes ore concentrate is also used to regulate pulp concentration in order to improve flotation efficiency.

The main working principle of high efficiency concentrator is that, suspended solids in the pool slowly sink under the action of gravity, so the upper pulp is clarified water which will be discharged through the overflow port; while solid particles of the sediment will be sank to the bottom and scraped into the discharge port by scrape for discharging.
