The working principle of rotary kiln :
Rotary kiln is the main equipment for cement production. The raw materials go from the kiln tail into the cylinder for calcinations. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the materials will roll along the peripheral direction and also have compound movement along the axial direction from the high end to low end. Inside the kiln, the raw materials will have such technical processes as decomposition, calcinations and cooling, and become cement clinker and then will be discharged from the low end of the kiln cylinder and go into the cooling machine.
